It's excellent to hear from you again.  We sincerely hope that things are working out well for you. We are very interested in the services your setup will be offering and hope that we can work together soon. It will be excellent to know and trust the person behind the phone call/e-mail.  
We would appreciate some "hand holding" with the legal aspects, mortgage, will, bank account etc so if you/ your team can help that would be appreciated. We can also discuss the rental arrangement etc at/nearer the time. I presume the hotels will then be open so we can stay on site at Saidia and have a short holiday.  
It would be nice to hear from you as soon as you can reply, and mortgages are perhaps of most pressing interest.

I’m glad to hear things are working out for you in Morocco, it certainly sounds like you are keeping busy.
I would be extremely interested in discussing the services you offer in more detail. I have apartment 1192B situated in RT7 @ Saidia.
Is it possible to provide a full list of services and costs associated with each. I would also be interested in visiting Saidia once the apartments are at a stage worth visiting. Maybe you can advise on this.
