Saidia, Resort Morocco
The Franchise Opportunity
Have you ever dreamt of moving to Morocco, or of running your own business … but don’t know where to start?
Been put off because you don’t speak the language or don’t think you’ll be able to find a job?
Owning a Resort Morocco Franchise is the ideal solution to your problems and the answer to these questions. The company was set up in September 2008 based on the business model of its sister company Murcia Villas in Spain. Murcia Villas is an established business with over five years trading in Spain and has a wealth of experience in property purchase and management, key holding, holiday rental and long term lets.
All of the experience, professionalism, and knowledge that Murcia Villas have gleaned in years gone by, has kick started Resort Morocco into the property and management market in Morocco. This office is based on the fantastic resort of Saidia in eastern Morocco on the Mediterranean coast. Murcia Villas acts as the prefect support network and training ground for all our new Resort Morocco franchisees.
Morocco! Well what can we say? From our personal experiences we arrive at the following conclusions; Fantastic all year round climate, golden sandy beaches, warm seas, great prices, new airports, new ports and marinas, all this along with good rail links, established golf courses, faster road systems, improved international relationships and an emerging tourism market - a holiday and investment heaven!
Morocco is now renowned for its investment potential the world over, with buyers from as far a field as Hong Kong, Canada and South Africa taking up the option to buy in this vibrant area.
Properties on new resorts are being completed every month bringing new owners to our office and to our website requiring our services.
With a track record of fulfilling the rental opportunities from our client properties, and our attention to detail and assistance with furnishing houses ready for letting, it is hardly surprising that the demand for our services is growing rapidly.
In order to cope with this demand, Resort Morocco is now looking to share expertise and to allocate resort territories to Franchisees. We are offering prime locations such as Marrakech, Tangier and Tetouan.
Available New Territories
Marrakesh
Enjoy the best of both worlds, a warm charming City with a huge global tourist market wanting to experience the sights, smells and atmosphere of Marrakesh. The City has a year round tourist trade, with a massive demand for Riad properties in the centre of the City. Marrakesh is crying out for a professional real estate agent. With an expatriate French population of over 35,000, and jam-packed golf courses with mainly European clients; Marrakesh offers an excellent opportunity to sell and rent property in this fascinating city.
In addition to Marrakesh city, the opportunity extends to the ski resort that’s sits only 50 minutes drive away within the peaks of the Famous Atlas Mountains, opening up the new market for 2 centre holidays.
Tangier
Cosmopolitan Tangier! French, English, Spanish, Arabic…. It’s really hard to work out what the local language is. Tangier has undergone a face-lift in the last few years and has changed for the better, new roads and construction and a Cosmopolitan European feel. New city centre construction, beach front clean up, hustle and bustle medina markets, lots of new apartments that have been snapped up by European investors and holidaymakers. This area needs a really good real estate agents and management company.Tetouan/ Cabo Negro / Marina Smir
The Golden mile as it’s known to many … as the beaches go on and on!! Situated on the Mediterranean coast and is already a well established holiday destination. In this area are the resorts of Royal Cabo Negro Golf Club, Marina Smir and some large holiday complexes that are already completed, and some that are in their latter stages of construction. This area has been extremely popular with the European investors and holiday makers, for buying property or just visiting on holiday.

Q. Am I allowed to sell the business before the end of the tenth year?
A. Yes, subject to the Terms of the Franchise Agreement. However, you are strongly advised not to consider selling the business in the first three years as the value is likely to be less than in later years.
